Yes, free ISP’s do exist. If you currently have a cable or DSL hookup and need internet access on the road without having to pay ISP charges, a free ISP is just for
you.
Using a free ISP that allows ten hours per month works great for me. I use my cable modem at the office and the free ISP when I travel to check mail and connect to my home PC. Free internet access has some drawbacks though, you will normally be limited to a specific amount timed usage on the internet and they will probably have add banners on the screen. BUT...they are still free.
